Our crews are trained to protect your home on every visit. They take notes and learn the specifics of your place: what to avoid, areas to work around, and where the fragile spots are (windows, sprinklers, decorations, cars, and anything else that needs care). The more visits we do, the better they know your home, so you don’t have to worry about it.

You always know who is at your house

You never have to wonder if a stranger just showed up at your home. We’re easy to spot on your cameras and easy to recognize at the door, because every crew wears a Suarez Lawn Services uniform and drives a clearly branded truck.

Never a surprise visit during your plans

You never have to worry about a crew showing up in the middle of a birthday party or plans you already made. Your service day is set, plus or minus one day for rain, holidays, or other shifts, and the same crew comes every time. If anything changes, we let you know ahead of time, so you stay in the know too.

Clear communication so nothing catches you off guard

We text or call when something changes, when something comes up during a visit, or when we notice something your home might need. You hear from a real person who knows your account, the same day. If anything looks off, we let you know before we leave.

What we do every visit

Mow the lawnA clean, even cut at the right height for your lawn. No grass? Artificial turf is blown off, and rock or low-water yards get their weeds sprayed down to the ground.
String-trim all grass edgesCrisp edges around flowerbeds, fences, walkways, and obstacles the mower can’t reach.
Blow driveway, sidewalks & pickup debrisDoor entrances, curbs, and driveways left clean — weeds in cement cracks are sprayed and kept free of weeds and debris.
Cut weeds down to ground levelWeeds in cement cracks and tall weeds in flowerbeds brought all the way down, then sprayed.
Spray weed controlOn rocks, flowerbeds, cement, and artificial-turf areas to keep them clean between visits.
